Legal notice and privacy
This site is a shop window: it sells nothing, has no forms to fill in and asks nobody to register. Here is who runs it and what happens to a visitor's data.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all — not technical ones, not statistical ones, not advertising ones. There is no banner to accept because there is nothing to accept.
The only thing the site stores on a device is the chosen language, under the name “gf-lang”, in the browser's local storage. It exists so the site reopens in the same language, and it never leaves the device. Clearing the site's data in the browser removes it.
What is recorded during a visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, the infrastructure records the technical details of the connection — IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time — in order to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running the site securely (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
The provider is based in the United States; the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
There are no statistics, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no embedded social networks. No data is sold or passed to anyone for marketing.
The map, WhatsApp and Facebook
The map on the “Where we are” page does not load by itself: it stays a placeholder until it is explicitly asked for. Only then does the browser contact Google, which will receive the IP address and handle it under its own rules. Until then no request leaves this site.
The WhatsApp and Facebook links are ordinary links: they open only if clicked, and from that point those services' own notices apply.
Bookings
Bookings do not go through this site. They happen by telephone or on WhatsApp, and whatever is said there is used only to handle the booking. Nothing is stored by this site.
Your rights
Anyone may ask for access to their data, or for it to be corrected, erased, restricted or objected to, and may complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Photographs and text
The photographs on this site belong to the restaurant and are used with its permission. The recognisable people in them have agreed to the use of their image. Anyone who appears in a photograph and would rather not can ask, using the contacts above, and it will be taken down without argument.
